The staff is lovely, the medical doctors are attentive and very professional. Golden city medical clinic will definitely be my new medical centrer for me and my family members, for generations to come.
- ausorganicpork Added November 03, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When we shifted our family to this clinic, we did so because they had a wonderful GP. When our GP left the clinic, the clinic refused to tell us where she had transferred to.
As a patient, we should reserve the right to choose our GP. To withhold that information from patients for financial gain is unethical and unprofessional.
To charge a family to transfer their medical records is wrong. The clinic has been renumerated through healthcare payments to conduct the services resulting in those records. Short of charging for a post pack, or simply emailing, there should be no charge.
